·      Variation in pronunciation:

o JM has no glottal stop and -j- instead of -h- (the latter is rather old fashioned – the consensus is now -h-).

o K&H, K&L, BMM9 have no glottal stop (and “consensus” -h-).

o TOK has glottal stop plus reduplication (and “consensus” -h-).

·      The syllabogram ha has the “knot” in front of the anthropomorphic head. This is eroded but (just barely) discernible in the Mathews and Grube drawings, but (apparently) removed by Montgomery in JM.
